Stainless Steel Food Grade Butt Weld Automatic Powder Dispensing Butterfly Valve
These valves are mainly used for handling the transfer of powder and granules without obstructions of the flow, so that the product can flow easily. This valve allows the passage, feeding and the distribution of the product evenly.
Detailed distribution of the product:
It consists of butterfly disc, clamp band, and a compression seal, accutator and bolts for mounting the valve. It can be operated both the ways pneumatic and manual. The start and stop motion can be regulated through the control panel connected to the valve.
The butterfly disc allows the valve to have the 90-degree movement and this type of movement helps in avoiding the caking of the product. The quick release system makes it easy to clean, inspect, assemble and dissemble.
Working principle:
The butterfly disc works as the oscillating knife which allows the passage of the material. The valve has full opening and closing and the variety of regulators presents helps in maintaining the flow.
Application:
Its mail application is that it interrupts the flow on hoppers, pipes and on containers. Typically used in chemical, food, pharmaceutical, cosmetic and homeopathic industries.

Pressure inspecting machine, PMI machines, RA roughness spector, hardness testing machine..... all machines help in inspection.

Normally replacement, or compensation, or resend goods to customers as per the condition. To be discussed as per condition.
5. How long is your delivery time?
For normal products in 7-10 days; for bulk order, in 15-25 days. It depends.

3 years warranty for all of our stainless steel products. Gaskets or the easy broken parts are not included due to the different application for customers.
