Working Principle
The stainless steel sanitary heat exchanger works by directing two fluids through separate channels. One fluid flows through inner tubes or plates, while the other moves in the opposite direction around them. Heat is transferred through the stainless steel barrier without mixing. The counterflow design improves efficiency. Hygienic surfaces prevent contamination. Turbulent flow enhances heat transfer. Finally, CIP compatibility ensures easy cleaning. The entire process maintains thermal precision and product safety in sanitary environments.
