The jacket insulation filter belongs to the pipeline coarse filterseries. lt can be installed on the pipeline to remove solidimpurities in the fluid, so that machinery and equipment(including compressors,pumps,etc.) and meters can workand run normally to achieve stable process and ensure safetyThe role of production.Jacket insulation filter is suitable for Chemicals,food,beverages,filtration,steam heating orcondensation cooling of media with high viscosity or thermalinsulation, to improve filtration efficiency, when the liquid enters the filter blue through the cylinder, thesolid impurity particles are blocked in the filter blue, and theclean fluid passes through the filter blue and is dischargedthrough the filter outlet. When cleaning, the top cover drainsthe fluid and can be reloaded after cleaning.

We produce SS316L to meet corrosion resistance and also SS304 to reduce the cost.

 

Q: What is the delivery time?

We can produce the materials in 10-50 days upon the order quantity.

We are a manufacturer factory and we also have our own exporting license.

 

Q: Do you have certificate ?   
Yes,  ISO, FDA, LFGB, CE, PED certificate . We also have some patents in design.

We have 3 nos of spectro PMI to check the raw materials, semi-finished products, finished products.

Q.  If there is any quality problem, how do you solve it? 
We are very proud that we never make one customer leave us. We are not 100% perfect, there is some quality problem. 
Normally replacement, or compensation, or resend goods to customers as per the condition. To be discussed as per condition. 

 

Q: How do you ship the materials ?

We always ship the tanks in container load, sometimes in less containe load.

For pumps and accessories, we always ship them in LCL.

We always ship the goods from Ningbo port.
