stainless steel sanitary leakage butterfly valves are space saving for medium separation in the processing line. The leakage butterfly valves are widely used on tanks and containers for shut-off function. In some aseptic areas or some contamination free places, this leakage butterfly valve helps a lot .
Description
Leakage butterfly valves are new designed because of some special contamination sensitive applications. This valve performs an extra security. The valve leaks immediately when there is any accident happens in the piping line or if the gaskets are broken. The leakage butterfly valves can replace the gaskets easily and quickly because of the special valve construction.

Working Principle
The leakage butterfly valves have two discs , but the two discs are controlled by the same handle or the same actuator . The butterfly valve is separated by the two gaskets. When the two discs are closed, there is a chamber between them. In case of any failure from any of the two gaskets, the chamber opens, and the liquid product leak from the valves. The liquid product automatically drains into the chamber and flushed . So it is very easy to recognize whether there is any leakage happening. The leakage can be monitored by the way of the leakage detectors.
After the valve is draining, we can easily clean the valve and the valve can work properly again .
