Stainless Steel cip sanitation tank cleaning cip system

CIP (Cleaning In Place) cleaning systems refer to a method of cleaning equipment and pipelines in a closed loop using high-temperature, high-concentration cleaning solutions without disassembling or moving equipment. Stainless steel tanks are the core component of the CIP system, mainly including acid tanks, alkali tanks, hot water tanks, and clean water tanks, used to hold and prepare various cleaning media.

Main Applications: Storing and preparing cleaning media such as acids, alkalis, hot water, and clean water, providing a stable and sufficient amount of cleaning solution for the entire CIP cleaning loop. The cleaning solution is heated and then pumped to each cleaning point, where it undergoes forced circulation within the pipelines and equipment containers to achieve the cleaning purpose. The system executes a standardized process of alkali cleaning → hot water rinsing → acid cleaning → hot water cleaning.

Applicable Industries: Widely used in closed-loop cleaning of pipelines and equipment in dairy plants, breweries, beverage plants, juice factories, pharmaceutical industries, and chemical industries. CIP systems have now become standard equipment in food processing enterprises, especially dairy companies.

Materials and Surface Treatment

Materials:

Parts in contact with acids and alkalis are made of SUS316L stainless steel.

Clear water tanks and hot water tanks can be made of SUS304 stainless steel.

Concentrated acid tanks and concentrated alkali tanks (fully automatic CIP configuration) are made of SUS316L stainless steel.

The entire unit is commonly manufactured using SUS304, SUS316L, and other stainless steel materials.

Surface Treatment:

Inner surface mirror polished, roughness Ra≤0.4μm-Ra≤1.0μm

High-standard equipment can achieve an inner surface roughness of Ra≤0.28-0.6μm.

Outer surface matte finish, mirror polishing, or sandblasting.

All welds on the inner wall are ground and smoothly transitioned, with no unsanitary corners.,
