Product Description

Plate heat exchanger is a high-efficiency heat transfer equipment, composed of stacked corrugated metal plates and sealing gaskets. It features compact structure, high heat exchange efficiency, easy disassembly and cleaning, and is widely used in heating, refrigeration, industrial process cooling and other fluid heat exchange scenarios.

Working Principle
Plate heat exchanger relies on stacked corrugated plates with sealed gaskets to form narrow flow channels. Cold and hot media flow through adjacent channels in a countercurrent way, transferring heat efficiently through the thin metal plate walls to achieve rapid temperature exchange of the two media.

In quality control, the most important is to avoid material mixing. 
In our factory, 3 spectro PMI machines are used in raw material warehouse, production plant, dispatch plant.

For normal products in 15-30 days; For bulk order, in 25-50 days. It depends.

3 years warranty for all of our stainless steel products. Gaskets or the easy broken parts are not included due to the different application for customers.
