The sanitary storage tank is designed for high-cleanliness liquid storage and is widely used in the pharmaceutical, food, beverage, biotechnology, and purified water industries. It is suitable for storing infusions, injections, oral liquids, deionized water, and purified water. Made of AISI 316L or 304 stainless steel, the tank features a mirror-polished inner surface, sanitary design, and reliable corrosion resistance. Equipped with liquid level gauges, breather, sight glass, spray ball, manhole, and quick-clamp ports, it ensures easy cleaning, stable operation, and compliance with sanitary production requirements.

2. Material & Surface Finish
Material: AISI 316L or 304 stainless steel, offering excellent corrosion resistance and mechanical strength.
Internal finish: Mirror-polished to a surface roughness of Ra 0.28–0.45 μm – smooth, dead-angle-free, preventing product adhesion and microbial growth, fully compliant with GMP standards.
External finish: Mirror-polished or matte-finished with imported 304 sheets, combining aesthetics with durability.

Mounting configuration:

Vertical (200 L – 8,000 L):ideal for multi-storey plants.
Horizontal (1,000 L – 20,000 L): suitable for low-headroom spaces or gravity-discharge applications.
Head types: Dished head, Ellipsoidal head, or Conical bottom. 

Shell construction: Available as single-wall, double-wall with insulation, or jacketed to meet diverse temperature-control requirements.

Supports/legs: Adjustable legs, castors , or skirt supports.

We are 3 manufacturer factories and we also have our own exporting license.

3. How do you control the quality? 
In quality control, the most important is to avoid material mixing. 
In our factory, 3 spectro PMI machines are used in raw material warehouse, production plant, dispatch plant. 
Pressure inspecting machine, PMI machines, RA roughness spector, hardness testing machine...All machines help in inspection.

Normally replacement, or compensation, or resend goods to customers as per the condition. To be discussed as per condition.

For normal products in 15-30 days; For bulk order, in 25-50 days. It depends. 

7. Warranty time? 
3 years warranty for all of our stainless steel products. Gaskets or the easy broken parts are not included due to the different application for customers.
