Working Principle
The working principle of a LIQUID SOAP MAKING MACHINE is based on controlled formulation and uniform energy transfer. Raw materials such as surfactants, water, additives, and fragrances are fed into the mixing tank, where mechanical agitation and heating promote dissolution and blending. In industrial operation, high-shear mixing breaks down agglomerates to ensure uniform viscosity. In sanitary processing, gentle mixing and closed circulation prevent contamination and air entrapment.
