An evaporator is an industrial device designed to concentrate liquids by removing water or solvents through controlled evaporation. It is widely used in food, beverage, pharmaceutical, chemical, and wastewater industries. Typically constructed from stainless steel or corrosion-resistant alloys, the evaporator ensures durability, hygienic operation, and high thermal efficiency. Its structure often includes heating surfaces, condensers, circulation pumps, and control systems. The design supports uniform heat distribution, reduced scaling, and precise process control, making it suitable for both industrial-scale production and sanitary-grade applications. Evaporators improve product consistency, reduce volume for storage or transport, and enhance overall process efficiency.

2. Material & Finish
Wetted parts: AISI 304L or 316L stainless steel (full PMI traceability, FDA & EC1935/2004 compliant).

Internal finish: mirror polish Ra≤0.4μm (food/dairy) or Ra≤0.8μm (industrial). External: brushed or sandblasted, salt-spray resistant.

3. Structure
Vertical or horizontal; elliptical/dish/conical heads; single-wall, double-wall with insulation, or jacketed (full jacket, half-pipe coil, or honeycomb panel). Manway: top/side, quick-opening or bolted. Supports: adjustable legs, casters, or skirt.

We are 3 manufacturer factories and we also have our own exporting license.

3. How do you control the quality? 
In quality control, the most important is to avoid material mixing. 
In our factory, 3 spectro PMI machines are used in raw material warehouse, production plant, dispatch plant. 
Pressure inspecting machine, PMI machines, RA roughness spector, hardness testing machine...All machines help in inspection.

We are very proud that we never make one customer leave us. We are not 100% perfect, there is some quality problem. 
Normally replacement, or compensation, or resend goods to customers as per the condition. To be discussed as per condition.

For normal products in 15-30 days; For bulk order, in 25-50 days. It depends. 

7. Warranty time? 
3 years warranty for all of our stainless steel products. Gaskets or the easy broken parts are not included due to the different application for customers.
