Product Description

Working Principle
The working principle of a reactor is based on maintaining a controlled environment for reactions by accurately regulating temperature, pressure, mixing speed, and reaction time. Raw materials are charged into the vessel, where agitators ensure uniform mixing and mass transfer. Heat is supplied or removed through jackets or coils to maintain optimal reaction conditions. Sensors continuously monitor key parameters, enabling stable and repeatable operation. Through this controlled process, the reactor achieves efficient conversion, high product purity, and reliable reaction performance across diverse production requirements.

3. How do you control the quality? 
In quality control, the most important is to avoid material mixing. 
In our factory, 3 spectro PMI machines are used in raw material warehouse, production plant, dispatch plant. 
Pressure inspecting machine, PMI machines, RA roughness spector, hardness testing machine...All machines help in inspection.

Normally replacement, or compensation, or resend goods to customers as per the condition. To be discussed as per condition.

For normal products in 15-30 days; For bulk order, in 25-50 days. It depends. 

7. Warranty time? 
3 years warranty for all of our stainless steel products. Gaskets or the easy broken parts are not included due to the different application for customers.
