Product Description

Scraper heat exchangers can heat or cool instantly, with fast heat exchange speed and low loss. The built-in floating scraper automatically removes deposits on the cylinder wall, reducing thermal resistance and improving heat exchange efficiency. The unit consists of two independent devices with independent inlets and outlets, which can flexibly complete preheating, sterilization and other processes, effectively solving problems such as material retention, coking and crystallization, ensuring production efficiency and product quality. It is widely used in food, condiment, dairy, pharmaceutical, cosmetic and oil processing industries.

Working Principle
A scraper heat exchanger transfers heat through the wall of a cylindrical heating/cooling jacket. The process fluid flows inside the cylinder, while the heat exchange medium circulates in the outer jacket. Rotating scrapers continuously scrape the inner wall, preventing fouling, enhancing turbulence, and maintaining stable and efficient heat transfer.

We are 3 manufacturer factories and we also have our own exporting license.

3. How do you control the quality? 
In quality control, the most important is to avoid material mixing. 
In our factory, 3 spectro PMI machines are used in raw material warehouse, production plant, dispatch plant. 
Pressure inspecting machine, PMI machines, RA roughness spector, hardness testing machine...All machines help in inspection.

For normal products in 15-30 days; For bulk order, in 25-50 days. It depends. 

7. Warranty time? 
3 years warranty for all of our stainless steel products. Gaskets or the easy broken parts are not included due to the different application for customers.
