Product Description

Beer brewing equipment is a complete processing system designed for producing beer through controlled, hygienic, and repeatable operations. It integrates milling, mashing, lautering, boiling, fermenting, cooling, and packaging units into a coordinated production line. The equipment is engineered to manage temperature, flow, pressure, and sanitation with high precision, ensuring stable wort quality and consistent beer flavor. Widely used in craft breweries and large-scale plants, it supports flexible recipes, scalable capacity, and automated control. Working Principle
Beer brewing equipment operates by systematically converting malted grains into fermented beer through controlled thermal and biological processes. The process begins with mashing, where crushed malt mixes with hot water to activate enzymes that convert starches into fermentable sugars. The sweet liquid, known as wort, is then separated and transferred to boiling vessels, where hops are added for bitterness, aroma, and stability. After boiling, the wort is rapidly cooled and moved into fermentation tanks, where yeast converts sugars into alcohol and carbon dioxide. Precise temperature control, hygienic flow paths, and automated monitoring ensure consistent flavor, clarity, and product quality throughout the brewing cycle.

In quality control, the most important is to avoid material mixing. 
In our factory, 3 spectro PMI machines are used in raw material warehouse, production plant, dispatch plant. 
Pressure inspecting machine, PMI machines, RA roughness spector, hardness testing machine...All machines help in inspection.

For normal products in 15-30 days; For bulk order, in 25-50 days. It depends. 

7. Warranty time? 
3 years warranty for all of our stainless steel products. Gaskets or the easy broken parts are not included due to the different application for customers.
