Working Principle
The working principle of a LIQUID SOAP MAKING MACHINE is based on controlled formulation and uniform energy transfer. Raw materials such as surfactants, water, additives, and fragrances are fed into the mixing tank, where mechanical agitation and heating promote dissolution and blending. In industrial operation, high-shear mixing breaks down agglomerates to ensure uniform viscosity. In sanitary processing, gentle mixing and closed circulation prevent contamination and air entrapment. Temperature control supports proper saponification or surfactant activation, while homogenization stabilizes the final structure. Through continuous mixing, heating, and controlled cooling, the machine produces smooth, stable, and visually consistent liquid soap ready for filling and packaging

In our factory, 3 spectro PMI machines are used in raw material warehouse, production plant, dispatch plant.

For normal products in 15-30 days; For bulk order, in 25-50 days. It depends.

3 years warranty for all of our stainless steel products. Gaskets or the easy broken parts are not included due to the different application for customers.
