Stainless Steel Agitator Chemical Liquid Soap Blending Mixing Tank

Stainless steel mixing tanks, also known as aqueous phase tanks or batching tanks, are industrial containers made of stainless steel. They are primarily used for stirring, mixing, blending, and homogenizing materials, and offer functions such as heating, cooling, heat preservation, and stirring. The equipment mainly consists of the tank body, tank cover, agitator, support, transmission device, and sealing system.

Applicable Industries: Widely used in coatings, pharmaceuticals, building materials, chemicals, pigments, resins, food, dairy products, daily chemicals, beverages, oils, and scientific research industries.

Main Functions: Performs mechanical stirring, dissolving, sterilizing, and fermentation processes under certain pressure. Suitable for flammable, explosive, toxic, and odorous materials, as well as other processes requiring long-term constant pressure operation. The equipment complies with GB150 "Steel Pressure Vessels" and JB/T4735 "Steel Welded Atmospheric Pressure Vessels" design standards and meets GMP specifications for pharmaceutical production.

Material and Surface Treatment

Material:

Parts in contact with materials: SUS304 or SUS316L stainless steel

Inner liner is made of 304 or 316L stainless steel

Outer liner is also made of stainless steel

Surface Treatment:

Inner surface: Mirror polished, roughness Ra≤0.4μm, high-standard equipment can achieve Ra≤0.28μm

Outer surface: Matte finish, mirror polished, sandblasted, or cold-rolled matte finish, conforming to GMP pharmaceutical standards

Both inner and outer surfaces are smooth and free of dead corners after polishing, preventing material buildup and contamination, ensuring cleanliness and conforming to pharmaceutical GMP standards.

3. How do you control the quality? 
In quality control, the most important is to avoid material mixing. 
In our factory, 3 spectro PMI machines are used in raw material warehouse, production plant, dispatch plant. 
Pressure inspecting machine, PMI machines, RA roughness spector, hardness testing machine...All machines help in inspection.

Normally replacement, or compensation, or resend goods to customers as per the condition. To be discussed as per condition.

For normal products in 15-30 days; For bulk order, in 25-50 days. It depends. 

7. Warranty time? 
3 years warranty for all of our stainless steel products. Gaskets or the easy broken parts are not included due to the different application for customers.
