Product Description

A stainless steel rubber flange joint is a flexible pipeline connector designed for Processing industrys like food, pharmaceutical, and beverage processing. It is used to absorb movement, reduce vibration, and compensate misalignment in fluid systems. The rubber body ensures flexibility, while the stainless flanges provide a clean, corrosion-resistant seal.

Working Principle
The stainless steel rubber flange joint works by connecting pipes with flexible rubber that absorbs thermal expansion and mechanical vibrations. First, the rubber body compresses to accommodate movement. Second, the stainless steel flanges clamp tightly, ensuring a leak-proof seal. We are 3 manufacturer factories and we also have our own exporting license.

3. How do you control the quality? 
In quality control, the most important is to avoid material mixing. 
In our factory, 3 spectro PMI machines are used in raw material warehouse, production plant, dispatch plant. 
Pressure inspecting machine, PMI machines, RA roughness spector, hardness testing machine...All machines help in inspection.

For normal products in 15-30 days; For bulk order, in 25-50 days. It depends. 

7. Warranty time? 
3 years warranty for all of our stainless steel products. Gaskets or the easy broken parts are not included due to the different application for customers.
