Product Description

A Jacketed Kettle is a versatile industrial and sanitary processing vessel designed for controlled heating, mixing, and cooking of liquid or semi-liquid materials. It is widely used in food, beverage, pharmaceutical, and chemical industries for operations such as boiling, dissolving, concentrating, and blending. The kettle body is typically manufactured from high-grade stainless steel, ensuring corrosion resistance, hygienic surfaces, and long service life. Its double-wall jacket structure allows safe heat transfer without direct contact between the heat source and product. Working Principle
Jacketed Kettle is based on indirect heat transfer through its outer jacket. Heating media such as steam, hot water, or thermal oil circulate within the jacket, evenly transferring heat to the inner vessel wall. This indirect method ensures gentle and controlled heating of the product inside, reducing thermal stress and improving product quality. An internal agitator continuously mixes the material, enhancing heat distribution and preventing localized overheating. Temperature and pressure can be accurately regulated to meet different process requirements. This principle enables efficient energy use, stable operation, and consistent results, making jacketed kettles ideal for sanitary processing as well as high-load industrial applications

3. How do you control the quality? 
In quality control, the most important is to avoid material mixing. 
In our factory, 3 spectro PMI machines are used in raw material warehouse, production plant, dispatch plant. 
Pressure inspecting machine, PMI machines, RA roughness spector, hardness testing machine...All machines help in inspection.

For normal products in 15-30 days; For bulk order, in 25-50 days. It depends. 

7. Warranty time? 
3 years warranty for all of our stainless steel products. Gaskets or the easy broken parts are not included due to the different application for customers.
