Product Description

CIP, or Clean In-Situ (CIP) system, is a commonly used automated cleaning equipment in industries such as food, pharmaceuticals, and daily chemicals. It completes internal cleaning and sterilization without disassembling pipes, tanks, or other production equipment. It achieves efficient decontamination through circulating cleaning fluid, ensuring hygienic compliance, reducing manual operation, improving production continuity, and meeting hygiene standards such as GMP and HACCP.

Working Principle
The CIP system uses pumps to deliver cleaning media such as water, alkaline solutions, and acids, circulating and flushing the inner walls of the equipment at set temperatures, flow rates, and times. Chemical agents decompose dirt, turbulent physical rinsing removes residues, and high temperatures inhibit and sterilize bacteria. A final rinse with clean water completes the process. The entire process is automatically controlled, ensuring no cleaning dead spots.

For normal products in 15-30 days; For bulk order, in 25-50 days. It depends.

3 years warranty for all of our stainless steel products. Gaskets or the easy broken parts are not included due to the different application for customers.
