Product Description

Shell and tube heat exchangers are the most widely used indirect heat transfer equipment in the industrial field. With the shell and tube bundle as the core structure, the two heat exchange fluids flow separately in the tube side and shell side without mixing. Heat transfer is achieved through the heat exchange tube walls. The design of baffles can enhance the turbulence effect of the shell-side fluid and improve the heat transfer efficiency. At the same time, the equipment can be designed in various types such as fixed tube sheet type, floating head type, and U-tube type according to the operating conditions. It has the characteristics of high temperature and high pressure resistance, robust and reliable structure, flexible material selection, and convenient maintenance. It can adapt to the heat exchange requirements of gaseous, liquid and phase change fluids, and is widely used in heating, cooling, condensation and evaporation processes in chemical, petroleum, power, metallurgical and other industries.

Working Principle
Shell-and-tube heat exchangers are indirect heat transfer devices where hot and cold fluids flow independently in the tube side and shell side, respectively, without mixing. The heat from the high-temperature fluid is conducted to the low-temperature fluid through the tube walls to achieve heat exchange. The shell-side baffles guide the fluid to flow through the tube bundle, enhancing turbulence to improve heat transfer efficiency. The tube-and-shell fluids can be in counter-current or co-current flow as needed. Counter-current flow can maximize the temperature difference for heat transfer, resulting in better heat exchange performance.

3. How do you control the quality? 
In quality control, the most important is to avoid material mixing. 
In our factory, 3 spectro PMI machines are used in raw material warehouse, production plant, dispatch plant. 
Pressure inspecting machine, PMI machines, RA roughness spector, hardness testing machine...All machines help in inspection.

For normal products in 15-30 days; For bulk order, in 25-50 days. It depends. 

7. Warranty time? 
3 years warranty for all of our stainless steel products. Gaskets or the easy broken parts are not included due to the different application for customers.
