1. Product Overview & Applications
The stainless steel reactor vessel is a closed, agitated vessel designed for mixing multiple materials and promoting chemical or physical reactions under controlled temperature and pressure. It serves as core equipment for synthesis, hydrolysis, esterification, polymerization, and thermal processing across a wide range of industries, including pharmaceutical, chemical, food, dyestuff, fine chemical, and bio-fermentation. In the food and flavor sector, it is also used for Maillard-type thermal reactions to produce meat flavorings and natural extracts, and can function as a small blending or storage tank when needed.

 
2. Material & Surface Finish
Material: AISI 304 ; AISI 316L; special alloysavailable on request.
Internal finish: Mechanically polished to Ra 0.4–0.8 μm (mirror) or electropolished – ensures no dead corners, easy cleaning, GMP/food-grade compliant.
External finish: Satin blasting, wire-drawing, or pickling/passivation; optional stainless steel cladding over insulation.

Pressure test: 100% hydrostatic test (1.5× design pressure), held for ≥60 minutes, with no pressure drop or leakage.
Weld inspection: 100% penetrant testing (PT) on critical welds; radiographic testing (RT) available for important projects to ensure defect-free joints.
Weld traceability: All welders hold ASME/EN standard qualifications. Each weld is marked with the welder's ID, welding parameters, and date, and all records are archived.
Surface inspection: Measured internal roughness report, guaranteeing the specified finish.

We are 3 manufacturer factories and we also have our own exporting license. 

2. Do you have certificate? 
Yes, ISO, FDA, LFGB, CE, PED,ASME certificate. We also have some patents in design. 

3. How do you control the quality? 
In quality control, the most important is to avoid material mixing. 
In our factory, 3 spectro PMI machines are used in raw material warehouse, production plant, dispatch plant. 
Pressure inspecting machine, PMI machines, RA roughness spector, hardness testing machine...All machines help in inspection.

We are very proud that we never make one customer leave us. We are not 100% perfect, there is some quality problem. 
Normally replacement, or compensation, or resend goods to customers as per the condition. To be discussed as per condition.

For normal products in 15-30 days; For bulk order, in 25-50 days. It depends. 

7. Warranty time? 
3 years warranty for all of our stainless steel products. Gaskets or the easy broken parts are not included due to the different application for customers.
