An evaporator is an industrial device designed to concentrate liquids by removing water or solvents through controlled evaporation. It is widely used in food, beverage, pharmaceutical, chemical, and wastewater industries. Typically constructed from stainless steel or corrosion-resistant alloys, the evaporator ensures durability, hygienic operation, and high thermal efficiency. Its structure often includes heating surfaces, condensers, circulation pumps, and control systems. The design supports uniform heat distribution, reduced scaling, and precise process control, making it suitable for both industrial-scale production and sanitary-grade applications. Internal finish: mirror polish Ra≤0.4μm (food/dairy) or Ra≤0.8μm (industrial). External: brushed or sandblasted, salt-spray resistant.
