The Stainless Steel Essential Oil Extraction Tank is a specialized device designed for extracting natural aromatic compounds and active ingredients from plants. It is widely used in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, food and beverage, fragrance, botanical extraction, and chemical industries. According to different process requirements, the equipment can perform essential oil extraction, water extraction, alcohol extraction, thermal reflux extraction, circulating percolation, and organic solvent recovery. Featuring a sanitary stainless steel structure, it offers high heat transfer efficiency, stable operation, safety, corrosion resistance, energy saving, environmental protection, and easy cleaning and maintenance, meeting the requirements for efficient production of essential oils and plant extracts.

In quality control, the most important is to avoid material mixing. 
In our factory, 3 spectro PMI machines are used in raw material warehouse, production plant, dispatch plant.

For normal products in 15-30 days; For bulk order, in 25-50 days. It depends. 

7. Warranty time? 
3 years warranty for all of our stainless steel products. Gaskets or the easy broken parts are not included due to the different application for customers.
