Working Principle
The working principle of a milk pasteurizer is based on precise thermal treatment to eliminate harmful microorganisms while preserving milk's natural nutrients and flavor. Raw milk is pumped through stainless steel heat exchangers, heated to a specific temperature for a defined holding time, then rapidly cooled to maintain quality. Automated sensors and flow control ensure uniform temperature distribution and safety. By balancing heat exposure and cooling, the pasteurizer achieves effective microbial reduction, extended shelf life, and consistent milk quality, supporting reliable and hygienic dairy processing operations.
