Stainless Steel Water Wholesale Steam plate Heat Exchanger

1. Applications

The stainless steel plate heat exchangers consists of corrugated metal plates stacked together. Hot and cold fluids flow in alternate channels and exchange heat through the plate surfaces. The corrugated design induces turbulence even at low flow velocities, greatly enhancing heat transfer. It is widely used for heating, pasteurisation (including UHT), and cooling in dairy, plant-based beverages, fruit juices, tea drinks, condiments, brewing, as well as in pharmaceuticals, printing and dyeing, HVAC, chemical processing, power stations, swimming pools, petroleum, metallurgy, domestic hot water, marine, machinery, papermaking, textile, geothermal, environmental protection, and refrigeration. The multi-section version can perform pre-heating, sterilisation and cooling in one unit, ideal for heat-sensitive liquids like milk, soy milk and fruit juices.

Plates: AISI 304/304L (mild media), AISI 316/316L (acid/alkali, no chlorides)
Gaskets: NBR, EPDM, PTFE, FKM (FDA).
Frame: Carbon steel with anti-corrosion paint, or stainless steel.

3. Structure
Flow arrangements: single-pass, multi-pass, or mixed (multi-pass recommended when ΔT > 1.8× LMTD or velocity < 0.3 m/s).

Components: plates (A/B alternating), gaskets, fixed/movable pressure plates, guide bars, clamping bolts, supports. Vertical or horizontal installation.

Connections: DN19–DN350, flanged (Tri-Clamp/threaded optional), custom orientations.
