A stainless steel sanitary mixing tank is a hygienic vessel designed for blending, dissolving, or homogenizing liquids in industries like food, beverage, and pharmaceuticals. It features smooth internal surfaces to prevent residue buildup and support easy cleaning. The tank integrates a sanitary agitator to ensure consistent mixing without contamination. Working Principle
The stainless steel sanitary mixing tank operates by using an internal agitator to mix fluids evenly. When activated, the motor drives the agitator, creating flow patterns that blend ingredients thoroughly. Baffles inside the tank disrupt circular motion, enhancing mixing efficiency. The tank may include temperature and pressure controls to support heating, cooling, or vacuum processes, depending on the application. This ensures uniform composition and hygiene throughout the batch.
